Stock Idea 1: McKesson

👆️ Catalyst: McKesson is trying to privatise Option Care Health, an infusion therapy provider. It is the largest independent infusion therapy player in the U.S., with a 308,000 pool of patients. This move could push McKesson’s revenue opportunities wider, and helped it scale up.
💪 Investment Case: Latest 1Q 2027 results were strong. Revenue was up by 8%, driven by its oncology & multispecialty segment (+33%) and prescription technology solutions (+9%). Recently, it undertook a massive US$2.25 billion share repurchase program to enhance shareholder value. Adjusted earnings are up by 20%.
Valuation-wise, the stock is deemed to be 44% undervalued now, trading at a price-to-earnings ratio of 23.6 times.

❓ Market Analysts: Average target price is at US$990 with an implied upside of +6.4%

Stock Idea 2: Novartis

👆️Catalyst: China’s Abogen Biosciences has signed a licensing and option agreement with Novartis to develop RNA-encoded therapeutics. Novartis could potentially tap into ABogen’s drugs production, and distribute on Abogen’s behalf in the international markets. It will also have an exclusive option to license a number of next-generation therapeutic developed on Abogen’s RNA platform.
💪 Investment Case: Steady performance from Novartis for 2Q 2026. Revenue is up by 3%, but profits are down by 19%. The company is about 64% undervalued.

❓ Market Analysts: Average target price of US$152 with an implied upside of +6.3%

Stock Idea 3: Novo Nordisk
👆️ Catalyst: Jiangsu Hengrui Pharmaceuticals is licensing its global rights for experimental obesity drug HRS-1596 to Novo Nordisk that could be worth up to US$2.6 billion. Novo Nordisk will have exclusive rights to develop, manufacture, and commercialize the drug globally, excluding mainland China, Hong Kong, Macau and Taiwan.
💪 Investment Case: Novo Nordisk has not been doing well on the obesity drug front as it falls behind Eli Lily. But it does have the means to defend its current market position. Adjusted revenue for 1Q 2026 was down by 4%, hile operating profit declined by 6%.
❓ Market Analysts: Average target price of US$52.40 with implied upside of +37.3%
