What Happened

Maybank just wrapped its Invest ASEAN 2026 conference, bringing 53 companies from across the region in front of investors. Ten of them were SGX-listed. Three caught my eye for very different reasons.

CSE Global

This one's a quiet AI infrastructure play. CSE builds integrated systems for energy, infrastructure, and mining, and it's picked up work tied to a US AI data centre client, with a second one reportedly in the pipeline. If you've been looking for SGX exposure to the AI data centre buildout without buying into the obvious names, this is a less crowded angle.

Coliwoo Holdings

Singapore's largest co-living operator, running about 3,568 rooms across 28 locations. It's a bet on Singapore staying a magnet for young professionals and students who want flexible leases over a full rental commitment. Worth watching how the portfolio recycling plays out, since they've put a chunk of properties up for sale to redeploy capital.

iFAST Corporation

A fintech wealth platform spanning Singapore, Hong Kong, Malaysia, China and the UK. Asset-light, fee-income model, and still scaling toward its AUA targets after the 2022 iFAST Global Bank acquisition. If the "Asia's mass affluent keep getting richer" thesis holds, this is one of the more direct ways to ride it.

Moomoo just mapped out the whole chain — testers like Teradyne and Advantest, wafer probing names like FormFactor and Tokyo Electron, packaging players like Amkor and ASE.

Why it matters: as chips get more advanced, testing gets harder and more expensive. That makes this layer of the supply chain worth watching, not just the big foundry names. Not a stock tip, just a map of who's who in this space.
